KeyState was founded in 1991 to provide investment subsidiary services and entity management services to community banks and middle market companies.
We have since expanded our service offerings and expertise with an eye toward a single purpose: to meaningfully increase our customers’ annual recurring earnings.
As an independent privately held company, we answer only to our customers.
Leveraging decades of experience, we guide clients based on their individual needs. More than that, we implement and manage complex solutions on their behalf, so they don’t become yet another “project” for the CFO.
