The KeyState Companies Announce the Addition of new Executive

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (December 2014) The KeyState Companies announce the addition of a new executive to their Nevada based firm. Hillary Frei has joined as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.

Hillary will lead KeyState’s marketing and business development efforts. In this role she will manage the growing number of partnerships with state banking associations and subsidiaries which have endorsed KeyState’s Bank Captive Program. Hillary is based at headquarters in Nevada.

Hillary joins KeyState with over 15 years of finance and marketing experience. She began her career in investment banking at Ryan Beck & Co. which was later acquired by Stifel Financial Corp. She went on to run several businesses at consumer packaged goods giant General Mills. In her last position there, she worked on a two person team which recommended potential M&A targets to the CEO and his senior leadership team. For the last five years she has served as Vice President at Pediped Footwear, the country’s second largest children’s footwear company. Hillary has a BS in Finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
