As another investment in its expanding captive management business, KeyState is pleased to announce the formal establishment of its offices in downtown Burlington, Vermont effective March 1, 2020. Over the last two years, KeyState has hired 3 experienced captive professionals (Jeff Vigne, Director of Insurance Services; Alicia Huskes, Captive Client Services Manager; and most recently David Guerino, SVP & Managing Director – Captive Insurance) and has been approved as a captive manager with the Vermont Division of Insurance.

The KeyState Companies’ CEO, Josh Miller stated, “we are excited to have Dave lead the KeyState captive team, and we are pleased to open our new office in Burlington. Since joining KeyState in December 2019, industry veteran David Guerino has been impressed with KeyState’s deep experience with captive insurance management.
