KEYSTATE CAPTIVE MANAGEMENT EXPANDS OFFICE IN VERMONT

BURLINGTON, VT (July 19, 2022)

With the significant growth in its captive management operations and the transition of numerous Vermont domiciled captives to KeyState over the past two years, KeyState is pleased to announce that it has leased and moved into 30 Main Street, an upscale, Class A office complex in downtown Burlington, Vermont.

Since opening an official office in Vermont two and a half years ago, KeyState has invested heavily to grow its team of experienced captive professionals, with group leader David Guerino and five of his team members now based out of the Vermont office. KeyState expanded its team to service its growing captive client base and to take over the management of numerous Vermont captives that experienced diminished service levels from their previous captive managers due to M&A turmoil and key employee turnover.

The KeyState Companies’ CEO Josh Miller notes, “We are pleased to further our investment in Vermont and our captive management group. Our growing team and expanded Vermont office is just the latest example of our long-term strategy to invest in our captive business line. I couldn’t be more pleased with the team’s continued success under Dave Guerino’s leadership.”
