BANKING INDUSTRY VETERAN JOINS KEYSTATE AS SENIOR INVESTMENT OFFICER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

WILMINGTON, DE (April 5, 2022)

KeyState announces that Ronald Samuels has joined the firm as Senior Investment Officer and Managing Director of their Wilmington, Delaware office. Ron will manage investment subsidiaries and captive insurance companies for KeyState’s Delaware domiciled financial institution and corporate customers. He joins KeyState with over 35 years of service in senior leadership positions in banking and finance. Most recently, Ron served eighteen years as Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Director of Capital Markets at Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB.

In addition to his roles at KeyState, Ron donates his time as a Trustee on the Delaware Historical Society. He earned his Master’s in Finance from the University of Delaware following a B.S. in Political Science from the same.
