KeyState Captive Management has hired David Guerino as SVP & Managing Director of its captive management business. KeyState simultaneously announced that it will be opening an office in Burlington Vermont in early 2020. Mr. Guerino joins KeyState with over 22 years of experience managing captive insurance programs. Previously, he served as SVP and Senior Account Executive with Willis Towers Watson Global Captive Practice managing a large portfolio of captives across numerous domiciles in industries ranging from Real Estate and REITS, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Risk Retention Groups, Manufacturing, Retail and Professional Services.

Headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, KeyState manages 95 captive insurance companies in 6 US domiciles including Nevada, Delaware, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Montana. KeyState works with companies across a broad range of industries including manufacturers, auto dealers, retailers, and professional service companies.
