Tom Laskaris has over 28 years of Trust Banking experience. He is responsible for developing and managing KeyState operations in Delaware. Most recently, Tom served as the Division Vice President of Corporate Trust of Wilmington Trust Company for over 8 years.
His professional banking career began in 1976 with Farmers Bank of the State of Delaware (Mellon Bank) as Vice President and Trust Department Manager. He holds a B.A. from
the University of Delaware and an L.L.B. from the University of Maryland.
